DELIVERY TIME

• With our standard turnaround time, your first proof will be delivered within 10 business days. If you’re in a hurry, a rush order upgrade is available. For more details on our revision timeline, please refer to the product description. Kindly note: the rush order speeds up the delivery of the first proof only. If revisions are needed, the overall timeline may be extended slightly depending on the changes requested.

THE PROCESS

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫

Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire which will help us create a custom piece for you. Please provide one clear reference image of your venue in the angle you want it to be painted as we are not able to change that later on.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. In some cases, it can take a bit more than that depending on the design complexity and our work flow, so we appreciate your patience. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 – 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

Once you approve the final design, the printable file will be emailed to you in JPEG and PDF format (based on your preference). Please note that the venue illustration is part of the overall sign design and cannot be provided as a separate file.
