THE PROCESS

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫

Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire to get to know you better which will help us create a custom piece for you. We can incorporate anything you want: your wedding venue, your pet, beautiful flowers, custom icons that represent your favorite things, hobbies, special items, and more.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. In some cases, it can take a bit more than that depending on the crest complexity and our work flow, so we appreciate your patience. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 – 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes to your crest within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲

After you confirm the design printable files of your custom wedding crest will be emailed to you, or printed envelope seals with your custom crest will be shipped to you (if you choose this option). You will receive one crest file with white background in .jpg format, and one with transparent background in .png format if you choose the digital option. Please note that only one final crest file is included and we are not able to provide elements as separate files, for example venue illustration, pet, monogram or florals. We are also not able to send multiple versions of the crest.

❌ Floral parts redesign (for example a new bouquet or a new color palette)

❌ Crest redesign (partial or whole)

❌ New pet illustration. Please provide the pet in the angle you want it to be painted.

❌ New venue illustration. Please provide the venue in the angle you want it to be painted.

❌ Adding new custom element which was not in the original questionnaire.
