DELIVERY TIME

• With our standard turnaround time, your first proof will be delivered within 10 business days. If you’re in a hurry, a rush order upgrade is available. For more details on our revision timeline, please refer to the product description. Kindly note: the rush order speeds up the delivery of the first proof only. If revisions are needed, the overall timeline may be extended slightly depending on the changes requested.

THE PROCESS

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫

Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire which will help us create a custom design for you. 

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. In some cases, it can take a bit more than that depending on the design complexity and our work flow, so we appreciate your patience. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

Approximate printing and shipping time is 4-11 business days for US orders. That process will start once you confirm the proof.

International orders can take about 9-25 business days to be delivered.

Please note that we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date, and our timelines are approximates only by which time most orders arrive.

Adding or removing a few flowers

Adding any other custom element other than flowers or adding custom guest names
Floral parts redesign (for example a new bouquet or a new color palette)
Making significant changes to the flowers in your design (such as replacing all peonies on your design with dahlias, or other alterations that modify the floral parts by 15-20% or more).
 Any change (big or small) requested after the 5 business days timeframe
