• If you choose to add physical print: Approximate printing and shipping time is 4-11 business days for US orders. That process will start once you confirm the proof. International orders can take 9-25 business days to be delivered.

THE PROCESS

Attach your favorite photo of your wedding venue in the angle you want it to be painted and purchase the product. Please attach a photo that is well-lit, clear, and taken from a forward-facing perspective.

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes to your wedding venue within 5 business days. Please note that only small tweaks are included in the price. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below.
