THE PROCESS

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫

Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire to get to know you better which will help us create a custom invitation suite for you. In this invitation suite we offer custom crest design with matching flowers for the invitation and venue illustration for the Details card. The flowers can match your wedding flowers, reference image, or Pinterest board. 

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

Once the first proofs are ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. In some cases, it can take a bit more than that depending on the suites complexity and our work flow, so we appreciate your patience. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 – 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Once you see the first proofs please let us know if you need any changes to your suite within 5 business days. Each revision round can take up to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 (for digital option)

After you confirm the design printable file of your custom invitation, Details card, RSVP card, and envelope liner in jpg and pdf format (per request) will be emailed to you. Please note that we are not able to provide elements as separate files, for example venue illustration or crest. We are also not able to send multiple final versions.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟓 – 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 will 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 – Please note that we are only able to print the cards, and the envelope liner will be provided as a printable file. With this option printable files are not included.

Approximate printing and shipping time is 4-11 business days for US orders. That process will start once you confirm the proof.

International orders can take about 9-25 business days to be delivered.

Please note that we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date, and our timelines are approximates only by which time most orders arrive.

REVISIONS

✅ Any font or text change (color or style)

✅ Adding or removing some flowers

✅ Changing color of some flowers

✅ Changing the placement of the elements

✅ Any other small change

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐞)

❌ Floral parts redesign (for example a new bouquet or a new color palette)
❌ Crest redesign (partial or whole)
❌ Changing the color palette of the crest entirely
❌ Changing flower density after the proof is delivered
Please note that we will create a proof based on your questionnaire with the design we think fits best. If you have a special request regarding the flower density, please make sure to write it in the ‘notes’ section of the questionnaire
❌ Changing the floral placement after proof delivery
If you initially selected a specific floral placement in the questionnaire (e.g., “Top + Bottom”) but later decide to switch to a different floral placement (e.g., “Wild Look”) after the proof has been delivered, this will not be considered a free modification. In such cases, we will provide you with a quote for the additional design fee.
❌ Making significant changes to the flowers in your design (such as replacing all peonies on your crest with dahlias, or other alterations that modify the floral parts by 15-20% or more).
❌ Adding new custom element which was not in the original questionnaire
❌ Any other big change
❌ Any change (big or small) requested after the 5 business days timeframe

❌ Crest or any card redesign (partial or whole)

❌ New pet illustration (if you choose to have pet on your crest). Please provide the pet in the angle you want it to be painted.

❌ New venue illustration. Please provide the venue in the angle you want it to be painted.

❌ Adding any other custom elements other than the ones included which are: custom crest for the Invitation, and venue illustration for the Details card.
