THE PROCESS
➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫
Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire to get to know you better which will help us create a custom piece for you. We can incorporate anything you want: your pet, beautiful flowers, cute icons, toys, animals, mythical creatures, and more.
➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞
Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. In some cases, it can take a bit more than that depending on the crest complexity and our work flow, so we appreciate your patience. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes to your crest within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere up to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

After you confirm the design printable files of your custom crest will be emailed to you. You will receive one crest file with white background in .jpg format, and one with transparent background in .png format. Please note that only one final crest file is included and we are not able to provide elements as separate files, for example pet illustration, monogram or florals. We are also not able to send multiple versions of the crest.
