• If you choose to add printed cards: Approximate printing and shipping time is 4-11 business days for US orders. That process will start once you confirm the proof. International orders can take 9-25 business days to be delivered.

THE PROCESS (if custom crest design is purchased)

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫

Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire to get to know you better which will help us create a custom crest for you.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. In some cases, it can take a bit more than that depending on the design complexity and our work flow, so we appreciate your patience. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 – 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes to your crest within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲

After you confirm the design printable file of your custom wedding crest in jpg and pdf format (per request) will be emailed to you. Please note that we are not able to send multiple versions of the wedding crest.

REVISIONS

⚫ 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 (𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞)

✅ Any letter or text change (color or style)
✅ Shield or banner change (color or style)
✅ Adding a few flowers (for example adding a few more pink peonies to your design)
✅ Removing a few flowers (for example removing a few of the roses from your crest)
✅ Changing color of some flowers (for example changing some roses from pink to blush)
✅ Changing the placement of the elements (for example moving one element from top to bottom)
✅ Removing any element
✅ Any other small change

⚫ 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐞)

❌ Floral parts redesign (for example a new bouquet or a new color palette)
❌ Crest redesign (partial or whole)
❌ Changing the color palette of the crest entirely
❌ Changing flower density after the proof is delivered
Please note that we will create a proof based on your questionnaire with the design we think fits best. If you have a special request regarding the flower density, please make sure to write it in the ‘notes’ section of the questionnaire
❌ Making significant changes to the flowers in your design (such as replacing all peonies on your crest with dahlias, or other alterations that modify the floral parts by 15-20% or more).
❌ New pet illustration. Please provide the pet in the pose and angle you want it to be painted
❌ New venue illustration. Please provide the venue in the angle you want it to be painted
❌ Adding new custom element which was not in the original questionnaire
❌ Any other big change
❌ Any change (big or small) requested after the 5 business days timeframe
