Our Process

Step 1: Place Your Order & Receive the Questionnaire
Browse our gallery to explore design options for each item, and select everything you’d like to include in your custom suite using the form. Add your selections to the cart and complete your purchase. Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a design questionnaire by email where you can share your wedding theme, colors, flowers, custom elements, and any other details that will help us bring your vision to life.


Step 2: Proof Delivery & Revisions
Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll begin the design process.
If your order includes a custom crest, we’ll start with that. The first proof will be sent to your email according to the timeline you selected in the form. Our standard timeline for crest proofs is up to 10 business days, but if you selected the rush add-on, you’ll receive your first proof sooner.
Please note that the rush add-on applies only to the first proof, not to subsequent revision rounds.
After your crest is finalized, we’ll move on to the rest of your suite. Proofs for additional designs are sent in groups of three, with each round typically taking 3–10 business days. If revisions are needed, we offer unlimited complimentary revisions (conditions apply—see our “Revisions” section for details).


Step 3: Final Delivery
Once the designs are approved, you’ll receive high-quality printable files via email if you selected digital delivery. If you opted for printed stationery or wedding goods, we’ll handle the printing and ship your full order to you.


Custom Crest – What Is Included

  • Custom crest design (with or without Rush Proof Delivery, depending on your selected option)

  • Crest designed using your chosen color palette, flowers, and wedding theme

  • Flattened crest file with white background (JPG format)

  • Flattened crest file with transparent background (PNG format)

  • Flattened crest file in PDF format (available upon request)

  • Unlimited small revisions (see our “Revisions” section for more details)

Rush Proof Delivery:
If you selected Rush Proof Delivery, your first proof will be delivered sooner than our standard 10-business-day timeline. Please note that the rush option applies only to the first proof, not to any revision rounds that follow.

Custom Elements Included:
Your crest includes up to 4 custom elements, with a limit of 1 pet or animal and 1 venue or location illustration.

For example: If you choose 1 pet/animal and 1 venue illustration, you can add 2 more custom elements; If you choose only 1 pet, you can add 3 more custom elements; If you choose only 1 venue/location, you can also add 3 more custom elements.

Anything beyond florals, banner with date, monogram and shield is considered a custom element. We can include almost any custom detail you’d like, such as palm tree, a pet, hobby icons, sport symbols and more. Please note that human figures cannot be included in the design. Modification Information

What Is Considered As Small Revision (Included for free)

  • Any letter, text or font change (color or style)
  • Shield or banner change for the design (color or style)
  • Changing a few flowers on the design, such as: Adding a few flowers (for example, adding a few more pink peonies) or removing a few flowers (for example, removing a few roses) or changing the color of some flowers (for example, changing some roses from pink to blush)
  • Changing the placement of elements (for example, moving one element from top to bottom)
  • Removing any element
  • Any other small change

 

What Is Not Considered As Small Revision (and require an additional fee)

  • Floral parts redesign (for example, a new bouquet or a new color palette)
  • Redesign of any design (partial or whole)
  • Changing the color palette of the design entirely
  • Changing flower density after the proof is delivered – Please note that we create a proof based on your questionnaire with the design we think fits best. If you have a special request regarding flower density, please include it in the ‘notes’ section of the questionnaire.
  • Changing the floral placement after proof delivery – If you initially selected a specific floral placement for the design in the questionnaire (for example, “Top + Bottom”) but later decide to switch to a different placement (for example, “Wild Look”) after the proof has been delivered, this will not be considered a free modification. In such cases, we will provide you with a quote for the additional design fee.
  • Making bigger changes to the flowers in your design (such as replacing all peonies with dahlias, or any alteration that modifies the floral parts by 10-15% or more)
  • Changing the reference image after the proof is delivered for custom illustrations such as pet, venue, or reference floral image
  • New pet or venue illustration. Please provide the pet in the pose and angle you want it painted, the same goes for the venue.
  • Adding a new custom element that was not included in the original questionnaire
  • Any other big change
  • Any change (big or small) requested after the 5-business-day timeframe

If you are unsure whether your modification request is included for free or requires an additional fee, feel free to ask us. We will provide more information if the modification requires an additional fee and send you a quote if needed.

Please let us know if you need any changes to your design within 5 business days from the day we deliver a proof or proofs. After 5 business days, we will be unable to offer free revisions, and additional fees will apply for changes requested thereafter (the fee will be determined based on the changes you need). If you require more time to consider possible revisions, please inform us within the 5-business-day timeframe, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.   • Size 4.6’’ x 7.2’’: Invitations, Save the dates, wedding maps, Rehearsal dinner invitation.
  • Size 5.5’’ x 4’’: Details card, Program cards, RSVP cards, Thank you cards, Menu cards (standard size)
  • Size 4’’x8’’: Menu cards (skinny size)
  • Custom size: Available for all printable files such as signs and envelope liners.
  • Paper Specifications: 14pt matte paper
  • Envelopes: Basic white envelopes are included free of charge with stationery items where this is specified.

 


Printed Stationery And Goods Information

  • Processing time: Our standard processing time is 10 business days per design round of 3 items, starting after the crest is finalized.
  • Printing time: Printing begins once the designs are approved by you and typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Please note that we print the entire suite together and cannot ship items individually.
  • Shipping time: We currently ship only within the US. Shipping begins after the printing process is complete and usually takes 4 to 8 business days.

Please note that all timelines are approximate. While most orders arrive within these timeframes, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date due to potential shipping delays beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

 


Other Important Information

  • Our designs are for personal use only and are not intended for resale.

  • A completed questionnaire (sent via Google Forms) is required for us to begin your custom design. You will receive the link within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Please note that our studio is closed on weekends, thank you for your patience.

  • Please submit your completed questionnaire within 5 business days.

  • All designs are one-sided unless stated otherwise.

  • We use flowers from our design library to create artwork that complements your wedding theme, color palette, and floral choices.

  • You can choose the design type that will be created for you. For example, if you select a “Venue Save the Date,” the design will include a custom venue illustration as shown in our sample. Additional custom elements or illustrations cannot be added unless they are included in the option you selected.

  • If you purchased printed stationery, we are not able to provide printable files.

  • If you purchased a printable file, the design will be delivered via email and no physical items will be shipped.

  • All designs are provided as flat files, and source or vector files are not included. We are not able to send elements such as florals or venue illustration as separate files.

  • Basic white envelopes are included free of charge with items where it is specified.

  • We are unable to offer refunds on custom orders. Thank you for understanding and appreciating the time and care that go into each design.
