Purchase the product and choose the option you like. We will send over a questionnaire which will help us create a custom piece for you. In this set of custom table numbers we offer matching floral design with the number of the table. We are not able to include any other custom element to the design.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 – 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.

➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 – 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes to your custom table numbers design within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in “Revisions” section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process.

➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲

After you confirm the design printable file of your custom table numbers design in jpg and pdf format (per request) will be emailed to you. Please note that we are not able to provide elements as separate files, for example florals. We are also not able to send multiple versions of the custom table numbers.

REVISIONS

Adding or removing a few flowers

 Changing color or type of a few flowers

 Changing the placement of the elements

 Removing any element

 Any other small change

 Adding any other custom element other than flowers
 Floral parts redesign (for example a new bouquet or a new color palette)
 Changing flower density after the proof is delivered
Please note that we will create a proof based on your questionnaire with the design we think fits best. If you have a special request regarding the flower density, please make sure to write it in the ‘notes’ section of the questionnaire
Making significant changes to the flowers in your design (such as replacing all peonies with dahlias, or other alterations that modify the floral parts by 15-20% or more).
Adding any other custom element other than flowers
 Any change (big or small) requested after the 5 business days timeframe

If you are unsure whether your modification request is included for free or requires an additional fee, feel free to ask us. We will provide you with more information if the modification requires an additional fee and send you a quote if needed.
