HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

Please note that with our standard turnaround time, your first proof will be sent within 10 business days. If you’re on a tight schedule, you can choose a rush order upgrade below. To learn more about our process, including processing times and shipping details, read the sections below.

➤ Step 1 – Placing an Order
Choose and purchase the product you’d like. After placing your order, we’ll send you a design questionnaire via email, typically within 1 business day (please note that this may vary on weekends and holidays). The questionnaire will help us gather all the details needed to create your custom piece, allowing you to share your preferences, such as colors, theme, and any other specific requests for your design.

➤ Step 2 – Timeline
Once the proof is ready, we’ll email it to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for the initial proof to be created. Depending on the complexity of your design and our current workload, this timeframe may vary, especially during busy seasons. If you’re on a tight timeline or need the proof sooner, you can select the ‘Rush Order’ option on the product page to expedite the process. Please note: the rush option only speeds up the delivery of the initial proof. Any revisions may extend the overall timeline depending on the nature and number of changes requested.

➤ Step 3 – Revisions
Once you receive your proof, please review it carefully and let us know if any changes are needed. To take advantage of unlimited free minor revisions, please make sure to request each revision round within the 5 business day period from the day the proof or modified proof is delivered to you. If a revision is requested after this time, additional changes will require an extra charge. If you need more time to review the proof, let us know within the 5-business-day window, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Each revision round may take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days, depending on the complexity of the changes and our current workload. ➤ Step 4 – Final File Delivery (for digital file purchases)
If you’ve purchased a digital product, once you confirm the design, we’ll send the final flat printable file of your custom design in both JPG and PDF formats (upon request). Please note that all elements will be incorporated into the design, and we are unable to provide separate elements as standalone files or send multiple versions of the design. Please note that if you purchase printed cards, the digital file will not be included as part of the order. The digital file is only provided with the digital option.

➤ Step 5 – Printed Cards (If added)
If you’ve added printed cards to your order, the printing process will begin once you approve the proof. If we don’t hear back from you within 5 business days of sending the last proof, the process will begin automatically using the most recent proof. So, make sure to monitor your email to ensure everything moves forward smoothly. Printing takes approximately 1–5 business days, and for US orders, shipping typically takes 3–8 business days. For international orders, shipping may take 9–30 business days. Please note that these timeframes are approximations. While most orders arrive within these estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

REVISIONS

What is considered a minor revision (included for free)

  • Any changes to font or text (color or style)
  • Adding or removing a few flowers
  • Adjusting the color or type of a few flowers
  • Changing the placement of elements
  • Removing any element
  • Any other minor adjustment

What is not considered a minor revision (and requires an additional fee)

  • Adding any other custom element other than custom crest 
  • Redesigning floral parts (e.g., a new bouquet or color palette)
  • Partial of full redesign
  • Changing the entire color palette
  • Changing flower density after the proof is delivered
  • Changing floral placement after proof delivery – If you initially selected a specific floral placement in the questionnaire, but later decide to switch to a different placement after the proof has been delivered, this will not be considered a free modification. We will provide a quote for the additional design fee.
  • Making significant changes to the flowers in your design (e.g., replacing all peonies with dahlias, or any alterations that modify floral elements by 10-15% or more)
  • Any other major changes
  • Any change (big or small) requested after the 5-business-day timeframe

If you are unsure whether your modification request is included for free or requires an additional fee, feel free to ask us. We will provide you with more information if the modification requires an additional fee and send you a quote if needed.
