WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CUSTOM MONOGRAM DESIGN
✅ You can choose the font style and color for each letter. We can create the monogram in any color you want.
✅ Flatten monogram file with white background (.jpg format)
✅ Flatten monogram file with transparent background (.png format)
✅ Flatten monogram file in .pdf format (per request)
✅ Up to 2 revisions are included in the product price for the letter color or size. Please note that once you choose the font style for each letter, we cannot change it later on as part of a free revision. We can only modify the color and letter size/position.

• It takes up to 10 business days for the first proof of your custom wedding crest to be delivered (rush is also available as an add-on below). Read more about our timelines for the revision rounds in the product description below.
• If you choose to add printed cards: Approximate printing and shipping time is 4-11 business days for US orders. That process will start once you confirm the proof. International orders can take 9-25 business days to be delivered.
Please note that we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date, and our timelines are approximates only by which time most orders arrive.
THE PROCESS
➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫
Purchase the product and choose the option you like. You will receive a questionnaire via email where you can choose the font and color for each letter.

Once the first proof is ready we will email it to you. Please note that the proof usually takes up to 10 business days to be created. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, check out the box for “Rush order” in the product page.
➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 – 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Once you see the first proof please let us know if you need any changes within 5 business days. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, so we would appreciate your patience. Check out the revisions section below for more information about the process and what is included.

After you confirm the design printable file of your custom wedding crest in jpg and pdf format (per request) will be emailed to you. Please note that only one final monogram file is included and we are not able to to send multiple versions of the monogram.
